Discover Global Travel Awareness Campaign

Project Overview
Discover cardholders are highly loyal, but many were unaware that their cards are widely accepted internationally. The campaign aimed to increase global awareness and encourage cardholders to confidently use Discover and Diners Club International cards while traveling. The strategy integrated consumer and B2B outreach across digital, social, and out-of-home channels.

My Role
Led creative direction, visual design, and concept development for the cross-channel campaign. Designed digital banner ads, dynamic digital out-of-home (DOOH) displays, and social media assets, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and visual consistency. Collaborated with marketing and media teams to align consumer and B2B messaging, and optimized creative assets for multiple platforms and formats.

Results
Delivered a multi-touch, integrated campaign that strengthened Discover’s presence in the global travel space, increasing awareness among cardholders and reinforcing brand trust with merchants and partners. The campaign effectively communicated Discover’s global acceptance and reliability, supporting both engagement and loyalty objectives.
