Prepaid Card Content Engagement Test

Project Overview
Discover Global Network partnered with Aite-Novarica Group to research prepaid card adoption and uncover emerging use cases for financial institutions. To extend the reach of this study, Discover aimed to test how different content formats performed within their digital hub, repurposing the same research across multiple channels.

My Role
Partnered with a copywriter and marketing stakeholders to lead creative direction, concept development, and visual design for a suite of gated B2B content assets. Designed and produced infographics, eBooks, co-branded white papers, videos, webinar decks, and listicles, ensuring brand storytelling, visual consistency, and clarity of complex data insights.

Additionally, developed multi-channel promotional assets—including social graphics and LinkedIn content—to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborated cross-functionally to refine messaging hierarchy, layout systems, and content strategy aligned with Discover’s B2B brand goals.

Results
While Discover did not share formal performance metrics, the success of the campaign led to additional engagements producing infographics and editorial content for their content hub—reinforcing the creative team’s role in advancing brand awareness and engagement within the payments sector.
