Diners Club International Acceptance Messaging Toolkit
Project Overview
Diners Club International wanted to provide its issuers with a messaging toolkit and templates to ensure brand consistency, as many issuers were creating campaigns that strayed from brand standards.
My Role
I helped conceptualize three campaign ideas, each with two headline options, totaling six messaging approaches. Campaign assets included out-of-home digital ads, banners, HTML emails, and social media posts. I also developed a 94-page guideline book which included nearly 50 templates covering imagery, color, and detailed campaign execution guidance.
Results
The toolkit successfully standardized messaging and visuals across a fragmented internal segment, helping issuers maintain brand integrity in all campaigns.
